ZEE5 (previously OZEE) is a video on demand website run by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL), which is to be merged into Sony Pictures Networks India.

It was launched in India on February 14, 2018 with content in 12 languages.

Wikipedia currently only lists 11 of the languages: English, Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bhojpuri, Gujarati, Punjabi.

Zee-SonyLIV merger gets green light from competition authority

The Competition Commission of India has given its approval to the merger of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEE) and Bangla Entertainment Private Limited (BEPL) with Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited (CME), subject to a set of conditions.

The merger between Sony and Zee, first announced last September, will create one of the largest media groups in India.

The regulator has accepted a series of “voluntary remedies”, but the nature of what has been agreed upon wasn’t immediately clear.

Both entities have interests in film, sports and broadcasting, including OTT.
